Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Aun Group of Companies, trading as Ecommerce With Aun (“we”, “us”), to clients (“you”). Your written proposal or quote forms part of these terms. If the proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal applies.

1. Scope of work

Each project has a written scope that lists deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope, such as extra pages, products, features or revision rounds, is quoted separately before we do it.

2. Payments

• All projects and packages: full payment in advance, before work starts.
• Monthly services (ads management, SEO): paid in advance for each month.
• Accepted payment methods are confirmed in your proposal.
• Prices are in US dollars unless your proposal says otherwise.

3. Third-party costs

You pay third-party costs directly, including Shopify plans, themes, apps, hosting, domains, plugins and all advertising spend on Meta, TikTok or other platforms. Accounts for these services should be in your name.

4. Revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in your proposal. A revision round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope. Additional rounds may be charged.

5. Timelines and your responsibilities

Timelines in your proposal depend on you providing content (logos, product information, images, policies), feedback and access on time. Delays in these may move the timeline.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content you provide, and that your products and ads comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

6. Access and security

We work through collaborator, staff or partner access and do not ask for your passwords. You can remove our access at any time. We recommend removing it when a project ends.

7. Ownership

After full payment, you own the store or website we built for you and the content created specifically for your project. Your ad accounts, pixels, audiences and data always remain yours. Third-party themes, apps and plugins remain subject to their own licences. We may keep demo-safe screenshots for our records, but we will only show your project publicly with your permission.

8. No guaranteed results

We provide professional services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee any specific sales, revenue, return on ad spend, rankings or other business results. These depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, market and platform changes.

9. Ads platform decisions

Meta, TikTok and other platforms may review, reject or restrict ads or accounts under their own policies. We’ll help you follow those policies, but we are not responsible for platform decisions.

10. Cancellation and refunds

All payments are non-refundable. You can stop a monthly service at any time by not renewing it for the next month; the month you have already paid for is not refunded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project, or for ads management, the fees paid in the previous month.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with disputes handled by the courts of Faisalabad.
